If for any reason, you are not satisfied with one of our services call us within 48hrs and we will try to remedy the issue or re-clean the problem area at no cost to you. Your satisfaction with our services is our top priority. If you are not happy, we are not happy! Please consult the scope of work for the service that you selected at the time of quoting before calling, as this may help us answer any questions regarding something that we may have missed.
If an issue cannot be rectified by Ronin, a partial or full refund will be agreed upon.
